At XPO, we’re not just moving goods—we’re shaping the future of logistics. We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Daimler contract in Milton Keynes.
You’ll be leading the early shift, working Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:30 , ensuring everything runs like clockwork and our customers’ expectations are not just met—but exceeded.

We’re looking to offer a salary up to £30,000 per annum? In addition, we offer 25 days holiday, as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.
What you’ll do on a typical day:

Support the Shift Manager in the smooth running of the early shift.

Lead and motivate your team to hit daily targets and meet customer SLAs.

Drive high standards in health & safety and operational compliance.

Build strong relationships with the customer and internal teams.

Get involved in HR-related tasks, including incident investigations.
What you need to succeed at XPO:

Proven experience in warehouse leadership or team supervision

Ideally, experience in a 3PL environment with a strong customer focus

Working knowledge of SAP

A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset
