Do you have previous warehouse/reach truck experience? We’re looking for full-time, permanent Warehouse operatives/ Reach Truck drivers to join us at our site in Bradford. Your journey may start off in a warehouse, but a whole new career could be in front of you from Management, Sales, Transport and more, it just takes the first step!

As a Warehouse Operative|Reach truck driver , you’ll be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). You’ll be working 48 hours per week on 4 on 4 off day shift 0600-1800. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive rate of£12.21. If you hold a FLT licence you will also receive a £60.67 bonus payment each month.
You’ll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, holiday pay, and many other perks as well as ongoing training. We also have the XPO University offering relevant courses to your career progression as well as apprenticeships, giving you to navigate your future logistics career with XPO.
- Driving mainly Reach Truck in a safe manner
- Moving pallets with stock on
- Using an EWM system with the use of a scanner
- Hygiene tasks as well as any other warehouse duties that are required.
- Full training will be given.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Reach truck experience
- EWM experience would be very advantageous.
- You must be good with heights.
- Basic IT skills
- A willingness to learn and build a new career.
- An interest or previous experience in Warehousing
