We’re looking to hire a Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver for the afternoon shift, 1400-2200, at our new contract in Leicestershire. Based at their production facility, you’ll be responsible for picking and loading in a factory-fed warehouse operation.
Pay, benefits, and more:
- Salary of £12.97 per hour with a 1.25% increase for overtime and a 1.5% increase on weekends (Sat & Sun).
- 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), with the option to buy additional days.

Typical daily responsibilities:
- Handling and storing palletised goods
- Stacking and loading pallets onto trailers
- Driving on-site to improve loading efficiency
- Loading pallets into the line feeder for production
Requirements to succeed at XPO:
- Experience operating an FLT truck
- Focus on health and safety
- Warehouse experience is beneficial
- Counterbalance license B1
- Minimum of 2 years counterbalance experience
- Experience with double handling and bulk stacking is preferred but training will be provided.
