We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse Operative on the continental shift, for our contract based in Burton Latimer, based at their production facility. You’ll be working on the continental shift:
- Days: 07:00-19:00
- Nights: 19:00-07:00
- Week 1: Monday Tuesday Days, Friday Saturday Nights
- Week 3: Monday Tuesday Nights, Friday, Saturday Days
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of £15.80 per hour. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank 8 holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. - General warehouse duties
- There is a large amount of manual handling involving cages and larger items, so you must be happy to do the lifting and shifting!
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- A focus on health and safety
- A valid and in date accredited Counterbalance licence
- Experience within Warehousing would be beneficial
- Preferred but not essential experience with double handling but training will be given
- Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking but training will be given
