We’re looking for full-time, permanent Van Drivers to join us at our site in Dordon.

You’ll be working a minimum of 40 hours (plus overtime) per week on the Monday to Friday night shift. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a acompetitive salary of £32,199.752including allowances.
You’ll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, holiday pay, and many other perks as well as ongoing training. What you’ll do on a typical day
- Load and unload goods from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM (approximately 2 hours)
- Drive a Luton van to Aberystwyth and deliver to 2 closed dealership locations
- Ensure goods are handled carefully and delivered accurately
- Use the provided keys and access codes to complete deliveries
- Safely operate your vehicle adhering to XPO standards
What you need to succeed at XPO
- We’ll need you to have a full UK driving licence
- You’ll have no more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements.
- Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
