Whether you’re fresh out of training or already have some miles under your belt, we’re here to support your journey every step of the way.

Your Role:
- Deliver high-end kitchens to construction sites & private homes across the UK
- 6–8 drops per day with face-to-face customer interaction
- 3–4 nights out per week (potentially bunking with a Porter)
- Manual handling of goods with support tools (pump truck, sack barrows)
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Full Cat C licence
- Max 6 points (no DD, DR, IN endorsements)
- Bonus (can be completed after probation)
- CSCS Green Labourer card
