XPO’s Degree Apprenticeship Programme is a fully funded, four-year journey designed to fast track you into leadership. What You’ll Experience:

• A hands-on role within our warehousing and transport operations, giving you exposure to both areas of the supply chain
• Progressive responsibilities year-on-year, as you grow in experience, skills and confidence
• A personalised development plan, complete with a senior mentor, role-specific training, and real-world experience
• 10 days per year on campus for a taste of the university life and the opportunity to study at the Supply Chain Academy in Upminster
• Opportunities to visit different sites, including our carbon-neutral head office in Crick, to broaden your understanding of the business

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• A strong work ethic, natural resilience, and a desire to succeed
• Excellent people skills – we\’re a people-first business
• A genuine interest in logistics and transport
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car, travel and flexibility is an exciting part of this opportunity!
