We are looking to hire a successful candidate for the position of Customer Service Coordinator on a permanent contract, to join a busy, fast-paced team based at our customer site in Eggborough.

We need someone passionate about speaking to people and capable of juggling various tasks simultaneously. If this sounds like you, please read on!

Pay, benefits, and more:

We offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience. Additionally, we provide 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), with options to purchase extra days. You will also have access to high street discounts, a cycle-to-work scheme, a workplace pension, and other perks.

Typical daily responsibilities include:

  • Distributing daily reports
  • Handling transport issues from drivers at delivery points and updating customers on ETAs
  • Proactively preventing issues and finding innovative solutions when problems arise
  • Monitoring shared email inboxes and responding to queries
  • Supporting payroll and HR administrative duties for the Soprema contract
  • Collaborating closely with the Transport team dedicated to the Soprema contract

Qualifications and skills needed:

  • Previous experience in a transport environment is advantageous
  • Honest, reliable, flexible, and focused
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels and formats
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
