Are you a Cat C driver? XPO is currently looking for drivers for our customer site in Thorne, Doncaster, where you will be delivering kitchens to construction sites and private customers. Pay, benefits and more:

We’re offering an annual salary of £14.72 per hour, £25 paid per night out, and secure parking via Snap. The working pattern is – 1 Sunday in 4 weeks, with shifts from Sunday to Thursday and Monday to Friday. Guaranteed 55 hours a week. We offer 28 days holiday (including bank holidays). You’ll have access to high street discounts, a cycle-to-work scheme, a workplace pension, and ongoing training and development. There is plenty of scope for overtime, paid at an inflated rate.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Deliver high-end kitchens across the UK.
• Interact face-to-face with all customers.
• Be out 3-4 nights, potentially bunking with a partner as part of a two-person team.
• Use PDA scanners to confirm all deliveries.
• Lift and carry kitchen goods to sites and customers, with aids provided (pump truck and sack barrows).

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Full C (Class 2) license.
• Digi card and up-to-date CPC.
• No more than 6 points on your license, with no DD, DR, or IN endorsements.
• FORs Silver Standard driver – SUD training and FORs E-Learning completed to Silver standard.
• CSCS Green labourer card to be obtained within the first 3 months of employment.
• Professional customer service skills.
• Maintain a high standard of uniform, PPE, hygiene, and cleanliness daily.
