Are you an HGV driver fed up with not knowing when you’re working next? We’re looking for flexible Class 1 HGV Drivers to join us at our site in Sherburn, Scarborough, on a permanent contract.
You’ll be supporting our Kingspan contract on a Monday to Friday shift pattern, with nights out as required. The roles involve direct deliveries, not multi-drop. Weekend overtime may also be available. In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £15.12 ph, £20.33 ph Sat, £23.46 Sun, with opportunities for extra shifts! The role is PAYE. You will also be eligible for our My XPO benefits, which include high street discounts on your favorite brands.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Making deliveries to Kingspan customers
- Driving new tractor units
- Working in a fully compliant, safety-focused environment
- No manual handling; loads are tipped by clients, with potential for Moffet training in the future
- Adhering to all driving rules and regulations
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- A full UK driving licence with C+E entitlement
- No more than six penalty points and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements
- A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
- Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
