We at XPO are starting a new partnership with Pepsico, and for this, we need you to come and save the nation! We are currently hiring Class 1 Drivers and have full-time and part-time opportunities available. You will be working AM shifts out of our Leicester depot on various fixed shift patterns. We can provide guaranteed hours, a state-of-the-art fleet, and a great team, plus you’ll get access to top discounts!
OPEN DAY! Tuesday the 26th of August, from 10:00 to 16:00! Please attend on the day with your right to work documentation, driving licence, CPC, and Digi cards. Hi Viz and Safety Boots are required to enter the site, but we can supply these on the day.

Pay, benefits, and more
In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £16.50 for days, £18.00 for Saturdays, and £18.50 for Sundays, paid monthly. Weekly hours on a full-time contract are based on a 45-hour working pattern. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, 24-hour GP appointments, a cycle-to-work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks including ongoing CPC training and personal development opportunities.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- You will have a fixed start time between 06:00 and 18:00 — fixed start time window (1 hour before or after base time). Some weekend work is required on every shift pattern.
- Part-time contracts are available for Thursday to Sunday shifts.
- You will be delivering palletised ambient products directly to stores and Distribution Centres, as well as inter-depot trunking.
- Operating curtain sider and box trailers.
- Runs vary from 1 to 4 drops per shift.
- Potential nights out.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- A maximum of no more than 6 points on your license.
- A minimum of 6 months Category C+E driving experience required.
