Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? Do you pride yourself on your ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy? Do you like the sound of working on a key contract for one of the biggest logistics companies in the industry? We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to support our contract for Weetabix at our site in Burton Latimer. This role will support the operation with load planning and system administration.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £33,689 per annum. In addition, we offer 23 days holiday, as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.
What you’ll do on a typical day
- Handle hauler bookings and updating schedules with the relevant information and references
- Ensure all picking tickets and despatch notes are printed and ready for the relevant shift
- Ensure all inbound & outbound deliveries are complete in full
- Handle any general queries from the customer and 3rd party haulers
What you need to succeed at XPO
- Administrative experience is essential
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience as a warehouse administrator or warehouse supervisory role
