Do you like the sound of working on a key contract for one of the biggest logistics companies in the industry? We are currently recruiting for a Pallet Coordinator to support our distribution contract at our site in Worksop. Working Monday to Friday.

Pay, Benefits And More

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays). You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

  • Carrying out daily clerical tasks/assignments directed by the management team according to the procedures.
  • Assisting the distribution function and our customer by providing data analysis and suggestions for improvement areas.
  • Conducting Asset counts, Data Reconciliation to maintain system information integrity.
  • Daily communication with key stakeholders, our customer, transport teams and end customers to ensure adherence to end-to-end processes.
  • Control & manage new asset ordering and old asset de-hiring – ensuring systems are accurately updated to reflect movements in and out.
  • Manage returns – physically & through systems – TMS & asset portal.
  • Conduct monthly review meetings with the support of the wider management team, including the asset provider, our customer and internal stakeholders.

What You Need To Succeed At XPO

  • Previous stock control or transport experience
  • High level of communication
  • PC and IT systems literate
  • Data driven / analytical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Confident in front of customer
