About the Role
We’re looking for full‑time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our Hatfield operation in partnership with Arla Foods. This role offers an entry point into a future career in management, sales, transport, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a chilled environment (1‑4 °C) using MHE trucks and RF guns.
- Manual order picking and stock movement/rotation in the fridge.
- Unload and load vehicles while maintaining strict health, safety and food hygiene standards.
- Perform various warehouse tasks with full training provided.
Qualifications
- Basic IT skills.
- Willingness to learn and build a new career.
- Previous experience or interest in warehousing.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive rate of £13.70 per hour, overtime at an enhanced rate, 40.25 hours per week, 4 on 4 off day shift (0700‑1900).
