Logistics Done Differently. We’re recruiting a Transport Manager to work as part of the Toyota contract based in Warrington. This key leadership role leads operational performance, customer relationships, compliance, and commercial delivery, driving operational excellence and ensuring full legal compliance while leading a high‑performing team.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £45,000 with a car allowance or company car. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), and the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day
- Manage the full contract P&L and deliver on financial targets.
- Lead a team and oversee daily driver operations.
- Ensure efficient route planning and consistent KPI delivery.
- Maintain full compliance as the named CPC Holder.
- Drive Health & Safety standards across drivers and office colleagues.
- Coach, develop, and support your team to deliver operational excellence.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as the main point of contact.
What you need to succeed at XPO
- Strong experience in transport management, logistics, or 3PL contract management.
- Valid CPC in Road Transport (essential).
- Experience managing P&L with solid commercial and financial understanding.
- Strong knowledge of transport legislation, compliance, and H&S requirements.
- Proven leadership skills in a fast‑paced operational environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards.
