At XPO, our people and our partnerships set us apart. We’re looking for an inspiring and operationally strong Transport Operations Manager to help lead our Tesco Widnes site. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the operation runs safely, compliantly and efficiently — while creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, engaged and empowered to deliver their best. You’ll deputise for the General Manager, playing a key role in the strategic direction of the site.
Pay, Benefits And More
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £62,000 per annum plus a company car or car allowance and a discretionary bonus. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.
