Pay, Benefits And More
We’re looking to pay up to £37,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Deliver key training material to drivers at the site either on the site or in a classroom environment
- Be involved in site inductions to new starters, refresher training and QHSE training
- Be an advocate for health & safety ensuring we are always operating in a safe environment
- Support our ‘step‑up’ members of the team in their development at the site
What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- Excellent knowledge of end to end training cycle
- Strong leadership skills including motivation and team working
- Ability to influence others to deliver excellent results
- Strong interpersonal skills
- CLASS 2 LICENCE
