We are recruiting for an Operational Trainer at our British Gypsum site in East Leake.
This is a full-time role and is a great opportunity for someone to develop their career within XPO!

- We’re looking to pay up to £37,000 per annum.
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.

- What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Deliver key training material to drivers at the site either on the site or in a classroom environment.
- Be involved in site inductions to new starters, refresher training and QHSE training.
- Be an advocate for health & safety, ensuring we are always operating in a safe environment.
- Support our ‘step‑up’ members of the team in their development at the site.
- What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- Excellent knowledge of end-to-end training cycle.
- Strong leadership skills including motivation and team working.
- Ability to influence others to deliver excellent results.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- CLASS 2 LICENCE.
