If so, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join us and manage our contract with ASHI (Anglian Safestyle Home Improvements), to be based at our Norwich site.

The salary on offer will be up to £45,000, plus car allowance and Bonus. We also offer 25 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Manage the overall operation, ensuring that compliance and targets are achieved in line with business and customer requirements.
- Control costs to ensure the site operationally meets or exceeds budget targets and look to continuously improve wherever necessary.
- Actively motivate, manage and maintain relationships with depot drivers, managers and customers.
- Proactively promote a health & safety culture, leading by example to help drive initiatives that will maintain and improve our culture of safety across the site.
What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- Strong on compliance and must be an international CPC holder.
- Previous experience of working within a transport operation managing a large driver workforce.
- Previous experience of working closely with customers and maintaining a strong working relationship.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong management experience managing teams.
