We’re looking for full‑time, permanent Class 2 HGV night drivers to join us at our site in Milton Keynes.

Pay, Benefits And More

You’ll be working on our prestigious night network contract for Mercedes, delivering vehicle parts to dealerships. You’ll be working a minimum of 48 hours per week on the Monday to Friday shift, with start times between 19.30hrs and 22.00hrs. In return, we’ll offer average earnings of £39,500 including overtime and allowances. You’ll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, a cycle‑to‑work scheme, a workplace pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holiday pay and many other perks as well as ongoing CPC training. Extra to this, we are actively upskilling our drivers from Class 2 to Class 1 once they have completed their probationary period.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

  • Make between 5 and 7 drops to secure locations on a nightly basis delivering car parts.
  • Act as a key holder for each location and open and close the site for each delivery.
  • Manual handling is involved including moving roll cages so you must be physically fit.

What You Need To Succeed At XPO

  • Have a full UK driving licence (with LGV C entitlement).
  • Have no more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements.
  • Have a valid CPC and Digital Tacho card.
  • Exhibit excellent knowledge of the UK road network.
