We’re looking for full‑time, permanent Class C LGV Night Drivers to join us at our site in Dordon, near Tamworth.

Pay, Benefits And More:

  • Average earnings of £44,199, dependent on route
  • Guaranteed minimum of £35,425 for 42 hours Monday to Friday nights (start times vary from 22:00 – 00:30)
  • Fixed routes available giving consistent shifts and earnings

What You’ll Do On a Typical Shift:

  • Make deliveries and collections of premium car parts into secure locations.
  • Handle roll cages, pallets and some light loose items.
  • Conduct vehicle checks pre and post-shift.
  • Provide a first‑class service to our customer base.
  • Promote a safe working environment.

What You Need To Succeed At XPO:

  • Full UK driving licence (with C+E entitlement)
  • A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
  • Knowledge of Drivers' hours regulations
  • Understanding of the UK road network
  • No more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements
