We’re looking for a talented Transport Supervisor to join us, working Mon‑Fri 6am‑3pm at our Nissan site in Lutterworth.

Pay, Benefits & More

  • Salary: £32,000 per annum.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy additional days.

Typical Day

  • Responsible for Operational Activity at the Nissan Renault operation in Lutterworth.
  • Daily interaction with key customer contacts, fleet management, resource management and reporting.
  • Co‑ordinate transport operations on site and at customer premises to meet expectations.
  • Liaise with line management to optimise use of hire vehicles/subcontractors and minimise cost impact.
  • Ensure driver compliance with working time directive regulations and investigate accidents/incidents promptly.
  • Plan vehicles, dispatch and debrief drivers according to company policy.
  • Complete and file all paperwork correctly.
  • Maintain depot compliance on Tacho management system, sign off infringements timely.
  • Investigate and rectify missing mileage.
  • Manage breakdowns and defects swiftly.
  • Provide accurate handover.
  • Maintain fleet compliance, including MOTs.
  • Health and safety management.
