Are you a natural problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to be the friendly, reliable first point of contact for our customers and internal teams. You'll be working Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 15:00, as part of a small, close-knit team, ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our customers and stakeholders. Pay, Benefits And More

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high-street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

  • Handling complaints calmly and professionally
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently

  • Escalating issues through the stakeholder team when needed
