We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Front Desk Clerk to support the smooth running of our PepsiCo Leicester transport operation.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,845 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Coordinate driver despatch, ensuring correct allocation of vehicles, trailers, and paperwork
- Monitor driver start times and escalate any issues
- Complete driver debriefs, ensuring all paperwork, PODs, and WTD details are accurately captured
- Maintain system accuracy and compliance within GTS
- Liaise with planning, customer service, and driver control teams to resolve issues
- Support investigations into delivery delays or failures
