We are currently hiring Class 1 Drivers and have full time and part time opportunities available. You will be working AM shifts out of our Leicester depot on various fixed shift patterns. Competitive hourly rate of £16.50 for days, £18.00 for Saturdays and £18.50 for Sundays, paid monthly. Weekly hours on a full‑time contract are based on a 45‑hour working pattern. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

• Fixed start time between 0600 and 1800 with a 1‑hour window before or after the base time; weekend working required on every shift pattern.
• Part‑time contracts available on Thursday‑Sunday shifts.
• Deliver palletised ambient products directly to stores and Distribution Centres as well as inter‑depot trunking.
• Operate curtain‑sider and box trailers.
• Runs vary from 1 to 4 drops per shift.
• Potential nights out.

What You Need To Succeed At XPO

• Maximum of no more than 6 points on your licence.
• Minimum 6 months Category C+E driving experience required.
• Up‑to‑date CPC and Digital Tacho Card.
• No DD or DR points on your licence.
• Be part of something big.
