We’re looking for a talented HR Advisor to join us on a full‑time, permanent basis covering our Hatfield site on our Arla contract.

Pay, Benefits And More

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

  • Guide Managers through employee relations cases in real time, intervening and steering in the appropriate direction taking account of company policies, employment law, best practice and precedent.
  • Escalate cases to the HR Manager as necessary.
  • Develop and build strong and trusted partnerships with managers, acting as their sounding board and advisor.
  • Lead on the management of absence, including making recommendations, giving advice/coaching and support to managers, liaising with Occupational Health, supporting with AMP/health review meetings, and other absence related meetings.
  • Prepare regular and ad‑hoc management information reports, as agreed, to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of development workshops in areas of HR best practice, to enhance knowledge and skills across the site.
  • Assist with driving and embedding the people agenda across their respective sites.
  • Create and maintain a positive team culture, by actively working in collaboration with the wider HR.
