We’re looking for a full‑time, permanent Warehouse Operative/Reach Truck Driver to join us at our Hatfield operation, in partnership with Arla Foods, handling some of the best‑known brands in the UK. As a Warehouse Operative/Reach Truck Driver you’ll be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). You’ll work 40.25 hours per week on a 4 on‑4 off night shift (1900‑0700). In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive rate of £16.46 per hour, with overtime available at an enhanced rate. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Work in a chilled environment (1‑4 °C)
- Loading and unloading our vehicles and storing goods in an organised manner
- Manual order picking using MHE trucks and RF guns
- Perform various warehouse tasks
- Work to strict health and safety and food hygiene standards
- Stock movement and stock rotation in the fridge.
What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- A current FLT Reach truck licence
- Basic IT skills
- A willingness to learn and build a new career
- An interest or previous experience in warehousing
