We’re looking for full‑time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join us at our Hatfield operation, in partnership with Arla Foods, handling some of the best‑known brands in the UK. As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). You’ll be working 40.25 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off day shift 07:00–19:00. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive rate of £13.70 per hour, with overtime available at an enhanced rate. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
As our new warehouse colleague at Hatfield, it will be your responsibility to ensure that our products can be accurately picked & despatched to our customers on time and in full. You will be part of a high‑performing, dynamic team and you will primarily be expected to:
- Work in a chilled environment (1–4 °C)
- Move pallets around the warehouse
- Manual order picking using MHE trucks and RF guns
- Perform various warehouse tasks
- Work to strict health and safety and food hygiene standards
- Unload & load vehicles
- Stock movement and stock rotation in the fridge
- Receive full training
