We’re looking for full‑time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join us at our Hatfield operation, in partnership with Arla Foods, handling some of the best‑known brands in the UK. Your journey may start off in a warehouse, but a whole new career could be in front of you from Management, Sales, Transport and more, it just takes the first step!

Pay, Benefits and More

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). You’ll be working 40.25 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off day shift 07:00–19:00. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive rate of £13.70 per hour, with overtime available at an enhanced rate. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

As our new warehouse colleague at Hatfield, it will be your responsibility to ensure that our products can be accurately picked & despatched to our customers on time and in full. You will be part of a high‑performing, dynamic team and you will primarily be expected to:

  • Work in a chilled environment (1–4 °C)
  • Move pallets around the warehouse
  • Manual order picking using MHE trucks and RF guns
  • Perform various warehouse tasks
  • Work to strict health and safety and food hygiene standards
  • Unload & load vehicles
  • Stock movement and stock rotation in the fridge
  • Receive full training
