Do you like the sound of working on a large, complex operation with one of the biggest names in logistics? Are you ready for your next challenge? We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse operative/FLT driver on the day shift, 06:00-14:30 Monday to Friday, for our contract in Gotham.
Based at the warehouse facility, you’ll be responsible for picking and loading in a warehouse operation.

Salary: £28,662.40 per year. Benefits include 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), the option to buy additional days, high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, workplace pension and many other perks.
What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Handling and putting away palletised goods
- Stacking and handling pallets onto trailers
- Driving on-site loading efficiency and looking at ways to improve operations
- Maintaining stock accuracy and driving Health & Safety
What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- A track record of operating an FLT truck
- A focus on health and safety
- Experience within warehousing would be beneficial
- Counterbalance license B1
- Minimum of 1 year counterbalance experience
- Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking (training will be provided)
