Are you currently a Class 2 driver looking for a change? Do you enjoy being out and about, doing something different each day? Are you looking for a full working week with 40 hours in a permanent job? We’re looking for Class 2 drivers to join us at our site, working Monday to Friday in Gloucester.

You’ll support us with our network operation, working the day shift. The role involves multi‑drop deliveries of business and commercial supplies to customers at various locations. In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive rate of £14.79 with overtime at an enhanced rate. We also provide 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 26 days with 4 years’ service, and benefits including ongoing learning with the XPO University, pension, free uniform, savings and other benefits.
What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
- Make deliveries to commercial and residential properties and sites to a specified room
- Multidrop across several different locations
- Operate a Cat C vehicle
- Handle a variety of different products
- Receive full manual‑handling training
What You Need to Succeed at XPO
- Cat C licence (with no more than 6 penalty points or DD/DR/TT/IN endorsement codes)
- Previous experience is great, but full training can be given
- Experience in customer‑facing roles is required as you will be working at customers' sites making complex deliveries
