Pay, Benefits and More
- As a driver, you’ll be working on our day network routes, delivering to customer sites.
- You’ll work a minimum of 40 hours (plus overtime) per week on Monday‑Friday on a day shift pattern.
- Base rate £15.54 per hour with uplifts for later start times and overtime.
- Allowances with overtime available after 40 hours per week at an enhanced rate.
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 26 days with 4 years service.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- These positions are permanent.
- Multi‑drop deliveries.
- Safely operate your vehicle adhering to XPO standards.
- Start time – between 05:00 and 08:00 hrs (Monday – Friday Morning).
- Safe use of tail lift and pallet trucks for sites where no FLT is available.
What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- Full UK driving licence (with C+E entitlement).
- ADR qualifications advantageous; if no ADR licence, training provided.
- No more than six penalty points on licence and no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements.
- Valid CPC and digital Tacho card.
- Excellent knowledge of UK road network.
