We're looking for full‑time, permanent Class C&E LGV Night Drivers to join us at our site in Dordon, near Tamworth.

- Average earnings of £46,500, dependent on route
- Guaranteed minimum of £38,500 for 42 hours Monday to Friday nights (start times vary from 22:00 – 00:30)
- Fixed routes available giving consistent shifts and earnings

What You’ll Do On a Typical Shift
- Make deliveries and collections of premium car parts into secure locations.
- Handle roll cages, pallets and some light loose items.
- Conduct vehicle checks pre and post-shift.
- Provide a first‑class service to our customer base.
- Promote a safe working environment.
What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- Full UK driving licence (with C+E entitlement).
- A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card.
- Knowledge of Drivers hours regulations.
- Understanding of the UK road network.
- No more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements.
