Pay, Benefits and more:
Annual salary of £40,716, guaranteed 50 hours/week, 20 days + bank holidays, 1 in 4 rota, week 1 Sunday to Thursday & week 2-4 Monday to Friday, Overtime paid at enhanced rates, Secure parking via Snap, High Street discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, pension & more. Your Role:
- Deliver high-end kitchens to construction sites & private homes across the UK
- 6-8 drops per day with face-to-face customer interaction
- Double manning with a porter - Overnight cab sharing required
- 2-4 nights out a week
- Use PDA scanners for delivery confirmation
- Manual handling of goods with support tools (pump truck, sack barrows)
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Full Cat C licence
- Professional appearance & customer service skills
Bonus (can be completed after probation):
- FORs Gold Standard driver training
- CSCS Green Labourer card
