AtXPO,we'relooking for ambitious graduates who want to build a career inlogisticsand develop into the next generation of operational leaders.Thisisn'ta programme whereyou'llspend two years sitting in meetings or shadowing others. From day one,you'llbe given real responsibility, leading teams, solving problems and helping our operations deliver for customers.
Over the two-year programme,you'llcomplete three eight-month placements across our UK operations, gainingexperience in both warehouse and transportleadership roleswhilstdevelopingvaluablehands onexperience neededfor a successful career with XPO.
Many of ourpreviousgraduates have gone on to become Transport Managers, General Managers and Account Directors across the business.In fact, our currentManaging Directorstarted their career on this very programme.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of the programme,you’llbe:
- Leading frontline operational teams,running your own shiftand developing your leadership skills
- Building strong customer relationships and resolving operational challenges in real time
- Supporting and developing your teams to overcome operational challenges, manage daily performanceand achieve shared goals
- Working in the grey,you’llneed to think on your feet,energeticallythink outside of theboxand adapt quickly
- Driving engagement,wellbeingand performance across diverse teams
- Leadingandcontributing tohigh-profileprojects involving QHSE, sustainability, continuousimprovementand new site launches
