Xplor is building a Transformation team to drive strategic change across the business.

As Analyst / Senior Analyst, Transformation, you will own the analysis and execute discrete workstreams spanning business integration, systems modernization, and the practical application of AI across customer-facing functions.

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will help bring structure and momentum to growth initiatives. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, with potential extension.
