This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, with the potential for extension. The Transformation team is designed as a proving ground: our hope and intent is that, at the end of the term, you’ll move into a functional leadership role elsewhere in the business — bringing the relationships, context, and credibility you’ve built with you. Many of the skills and the visibility you’ll gain here are hard to get anywhere else in the organization.

A core thread of this role is helping shape how AI reshapes customer-facing work at Xplor — rethinking how customer support, customer success, and sales operate in an AI-enabled world. You won’t just support this shift; you’ll help design it.

You’ll work across a mix of transformation initiatives that could include:

  • Integrating newly acquired businesses
  • Modernizing core systems and tools
  • Applying AI to reshape how customer support, success, and sales operate

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term business outcomes
  • Leading the transformation agenda for one or more assigned business functions
  • Partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities, define future-state solutions, and translate strategic priorities into sequenced execution plans
  • Recommending project design, priorities, resources, vendors, and implementation approaches to the Chief Transformation Officer
  • Defining project scope, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, success measures, and governance
  • Leading internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contracted teams while maintaining accountability for delivery
  • Designing and implementing AI-enabled processes, automations, and operating models in partnership with internal and external teams
  • Developing financial models, business cases, data analyses, and performance measures to guide decisions and evaluate results
  • Identifying risks, organizational impacts, and delivery barriers early, working across functions to resolve them
  • Preparing clear progress updates and recommendations for the Chief Transformation Officer, CEO, and senior leadership

We are looking for curious and empathetic people who are motivated by meaningful work, resonate with our four core values, have a positive outlook, are comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in an ever-evolving and complex environment. We are inspired by big picture thinkers and doers, people who can be both tactical and strategic, aim high, and put people first in everything they do.

Experience and skills required:

  • 8+ years of experience in transformation, strategy/management consulting, program management, or operations roles
  • A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs, ideally in a SaaS and/or payments environment
  • Strong structured, analytical thinking under ambiguity
  • Able to structure and drive complex initiatives with multiple moving parts
  • Skilled at helping organizations adopt new ways of working
  • Able to influence and align across all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable building and interrogating financial models to support business decisions
  • A collaborative, low-ego operator who builds trust quickly
  • Able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and frontline teams alike
  • Comfortable working across strategic and detailed execution levels

Even if you do not tick every box, we still encourage you to apply.
