Join our Finance Vertical as a Sales Ledger / Order to Cash Administrator, based Remote in the UK to make a real impact every day.

Overview

Reporting into Order to Cash Assistant Manager, you will manage the sales ledger and oversee the end‑to‑end revenue cycle, including customer orders, subscription billing, collections, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out month‑end tasks to tight deadlines
  • Perform all sales ledger and credit control tasks
  • Run month‑end reporting on debt and ECL, including credit risk
  • Manage mailbox and escalated queries (internal and external)
  • Conduct month‑end bank reconciliation for Order to Cash postings
  • Maintain contracts and invoice customers
  • Complete audit checks and related tasks
  • Handle day‑to‑day finance processing
  • Report projects and process improvements to the Order to Cash Manager
  • Escalate issues to the Order to Cash Assistant Manager when needed
  • Review and reconcile integrations from operating platforms (Salesforce to NetSuite) to ensure invoicing integrity
  • Create and review SOPs as required
  • Approve bank payments

Qualifications

  • Proven credit control experience in a B2B organisation
  • AAT level 2 or higher
  • Knowledge of accounting within sales ledger and bookkeeping
  • Customer‑centric and flexible, able to manage overdue credit accounts using a risk‑based approach
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience in process improvement and system development
  • Experience with NetSuite (ideal)
  • Experience in SOP creation and maintenance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; tactful telephone manner
  • Self‑driven in seeking resolutions to a high standard

Location

Fully remote role based in the UK. Full working rights in the UK are required.
