Xplor is seeking a UK-based Customer Support professional to join our Global Operations Contact Centre as the first point of contact for fitness and wellbeing consumers around the world. You’ll be the voice of our brand, handling calls, emails and chats, with a focus on high first-time resolution and excellent service.
You’ll work a night shift, four nights per week, 10pm–9am, with a four-week rotation. The role requires cultural awareness for Australia and New Zealand customers.
