Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong marketing, communications, content development or campaign management experience within a large and complex public sector organisation.
- Exceptional written communication, copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Demonstrable ability to turn complex subject matter into concise, engaging and audience-appropriate content.
- Experience developing communications for senior leaders, executive stakeholders and professional audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage effectively with senior leaders and subject matter experts.
- Experience navigating corporate governance, review and approval processes.
- Self-motivated with the ability to identify opportunities, work independently and deliver high-quality outputs at pace.
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
- Strong visual communication skills with an eye for layout, design and audience engagement.
- Previous experience working within the public sector or regulated environments.
- Understanding of government, public sector or large-scale organisational communication frameworks and approval processes.
- Experience marketing digital services, technology platforms or transformation programmes.
- Experience developing case studies, benefits-led communications and adoption campaigns. xgikmsk
- Knowledge of digital transformation, technology-enabled change and communicating complex topics to non-technical audiences.
