Xpertise are urgently looking for 2-3 Service Designers on a large-scale transformation programme.
Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Service Designer
- Proven experience designing end-to-end digital or omni-channel services
- Strong knowledge of GDS principles and delivering to GDS standards
- Expertise in service blueprints, user journeys, and ecosystem mapping
- Experience working in agile, collaborative environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Strong visual communication and storytelling ability
- Experience mentoring or developing design capability
- Proven experience in Miro/Mural, Figma, and Office 365
- Proven experience in public sector, NHS, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of data-driven experimentation and behavioural analytics
Candidates will be willing to go through SC Clearance.
Hybrid working - 2 days - West Yorkshire.
