We are looking for a senior analytics professional to turn complex enterprise customer data into actionable insights that drive growth, retention, and profitability. This role is influential across commercial, sales, marketing, and product teams, providing intelligence to shape strategy and optimise performance.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain predictive models to understand churn, upgrade propensity, and customer lifetime value.
