Xpertise have an urgent requirement for a SAP Test Analyst - SuccessFactors, HXM, Tosca
Candidates will have proven experience of SAP SuccessFactors HXM, including one or more of the following modules:
- Employee Central
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Performance & Goals
- Learning
- Compensation
- Succession & Development
- Proven SAP SuccessFactors HXM testing experience gained on implementation, optimisation or transformation programmes.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, including automation framework development, automated test execution and regression testing.
- Excellent understanding of HXM processes and employee life cycle workflows.
- Experience testing integrated enterprise applications and interfaces.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery environments.
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent test management and defect tracking tools.
- SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors migration programme experience.
- Experience testing Employee Central implementations and global HR transformations.
- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, SAP CPI and Middleware technologies.
- Payroll integration testing experience.
- HR data migration and data validation testing experience.
- Exposure to Workday, Oracle HCM or other cloud HCM platforms.
- Experience within highly regulated environments including healthcare, financial services, utilities or the public sector. xgikmsk
- Experience establishing test automation frameworks and driving quality engineering best practices.
Role is inside IR35 - fully remote
