A growing, technology-enabled services business is hiring a Digital Product Director to build and lead product capability from scratch, reporting directly to the MD within a divisional MD structure.

This is a highly strategic, commercially focused role tasked with defining and owning product strategy, unlocking value from existing services, and creating new revenue streams through digital, AI, and integration-led propositions across document management and intelligent data processing.

You will shape the product vision, engage customers to identify demand, develop market-facing services, partner with engineering and architecture teams to bring ideas to life, and position the organisation as the bridge between physical and digital data transformation, while reviewing current services to determine what to grow, start, and stop.

We're looking for a proven product leader with experience in technology-led environments, a strong track record of building new propositions, deep understanding of digital services, integration and AI, and the ability to connect customer needs with commercial outcomes and influence senior stakeholders.

This is not a delivery, SaaS-only, or sales role, but a unique opportunity to define a product function, launch new services, drive revenue growth, and play a highly visible role with real autonomy in shaping the future direction of the business.
