We're looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CE Engineer/Technical Lead to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering impactful, enterprise-scale solutions. This is a key role combining hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and team management, ideal for someone passionate about building high-quality Dynamics platforms. Working in a fully remote environment, you'll play a central role in shaping Dynamics 365 CE solutions, guiding engineers, and ensuring delivery excellence across a range of exciting programmes.
Responsibilities
- Design, customise and extend Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse solutions
- Develop and review C#/.NET plugins and custom workflow activities
- Provide technical leadership and direction to developers and data engineers
- Manage and oversee Dynamics solutions across environments (managed & unmanaged)
- Ensure code quality through reviews, governance, and engineering standards
- Identify and elevate technical risks, constraints, and platform limitations
- Support and guide teams on integration patterns and data interactions
- Line manage engineers, including performance management, mentoring, and feedback
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and third parties
- Contribute to delivery within Agile teams using Azure DevOps
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse customisation and extensibility
- Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE product roadmap and deprecation cycles
- Proven expertise in C#/.NET development within Dynamics environments
- Experience managing solution life cycles across multiple environments
- Ability to review and assure technical designs and code quality
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and data interactions
- Demonstrated experience leading and line managing engineers
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments with Azure DevOps
- Integration with data platforms using SSIS or Azure Data Factory
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, Application Insights
