ITIL Xpertise have an urgent requirement to start immediately for an IT Service Desk/Helpdesk Team Leader.
Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as an IT Service Desk/Helpdesk Manager/Team Leader
- Strong IT Service Management experience
- Proven experience across change/transformation
- Strong working knowledge of ITSM processes
- Proven experience of 1st line and 2nd line support
- Proven experience leading teams of 1st line engineers
- Proven experience of Windows platforms
- Proven experience of M365
- Proven experience of Azure and Intune
- Proven experience of Active Directory and Entra ID
- ITIL experience and/or ITIL accreditation
- Experience coaching, training, or mentoring team members
