As IT Manager, you will take ownership of third-party vendor relationships and provide technical support in collaboration with the internal team. You'll be responsible for overseeing the performance, security, and ongoing development of the organisation's entire technology estate, including infrastructure, business systems, websites, and internal portals. This is a pivotal techno-functional role at the heart of the business, playing a key part in both day-to-day operations and long-term digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee core IT systems - networks, cloud environments, hardware, and end-user support
- Manage and evolve business-critical systems such as ERP, websites, and internal portals - mainly through 3rd party vendor management
- Maintain and develop the main and member-facing websites, ensuring content integrity, uptime, security, and performance
- Administer and improve O365, Intune, and Active Directory environments
- Champion cybersecurity across the organisation - maintaining compliance with ISO 27001
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support infrastructure upgrades, integrations, and business projects
- Maintain IT asset procurement, licensing, and budget tracking
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership, board committees, and wider membership
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an IT Manager or Senior Systems role within a multi-functional environment
- Knowledge of the following:
- Network infrastructure and system administration
- Web platforms and CMS maintenance
- Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online
- Active Directory and Group Policy management
