Change Lead Analyst – Bristol (Hybrid) | £60k-£70k

We're working with a Bristol-based business that's on the lookout for an experienced Change Lead Analyst to join their team. It's a hybrid role, and they're ideally after someone local to the area.

They need someone who can really take the lead on Change and Release Management, with a solid understanding of ITIL and a strong track record in customer service environments. The right person will be confident working across teams and helping the business manage change in a controlled and structured way.

What they're looking for:

• Strong background in Change & Release Management
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes
• A people-first mindset, ideally with experience in customer-facing roles
• Financial Service experience

Someone based in or around Bristol, happy with a hybrid setup

Salary: £60-£70k range, depending on experience
