The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role, with a strong emphasis on line management and team development, alongside some coding.

  • You'll
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers and QA specialists
  • Drive agile delivery and foster a high-performing team culture
  • Collaborate with product and technical stakeholders on roadmap planning
  • Contribute to architecture and technical direction
  • Still get involved in coding (C# / . NET), testing, and problem solving

This role is weighted towards people leadership, so proven line management experience is essential.

  • Key Experience Required
  • Proven line management / team leadership experience
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Lean)
  • Solid background in C# / . NET development
  • Experience with integration and unit testing
  • Passion for building high-quality, maintainable software
  • Ability to balance delivery, quality, and team development
