We are partnering with a global technology led organisation that is going through an exciting period of digital transformation and product growth. With a strong tech-for-good focus and a customer base that positively impacts millions of users globally, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of one of their key digital product areas. This is a high impact role where you will define product direction, drive commercial and customer outcomes, and help shape a move from traditional, legacy formats into a mobile-first, digitally driven experience.
This role requires strong commercial thinking alongside product expertise, working closely with Product Marketing while also taking ownership of monetisation, growth, and value delivery. Experience in greenfield or early stage product environments would be highly beneficial.
Sheffield or London (hybrid working, 3 days pw in the office)
Salary up to £90,000
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance
- Lead discovery to identify and prioritise high impact opportunities
- Define and track success metrics to measure outcomes and value
- Work cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success
- Drive iteration using data, insight, and user feedback
- Contribute to commercial thinking, including monetisation and growth opportunities
- Support stakeholder alignment and clear communication of priorities and progress
Experience Required
- 5+ years experience in Product Management within SaaS or complex digital environments
- Experience in greenfield or early stage product environments
- Proven experience delivering outcome led, commercially focused product work
- Experience with digital transformation (ideally print/offline to digital/mobile first)
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of growth and monetisation levers
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data driven approach with experience using insight to inform decisions
