Technical Project Manager – FinTech Location: Paddington (4 days on-site initially, with flexibility after 6 months) Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + bonus + health & life cover + additional benefits Our client, a fast-growing Payments FinTech based near Paddington, is currently looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong FinTech and product delivery experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment and play a central role in the build and launch of innovative technical products. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of technical products and projects Oversee cross-functional Agile teams, working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders Ensure alignment across business and technology teams, driving timely and high-quality delivery Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth setting with shifting priorities Key Experience Required: Background in FinTech, banking, or a technology-driven organisation Proven track record of delivering complex technical products and platforms Solid understanding of SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and scalable architectures Experience managing Agile or Scrum teams in a delivery-focused environment Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and other delivery/project management tools Excellent stakeholder and communication skills Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies Comfortable working in high-growth, sometimes ambiguous environments Desirable: Exposure to AI-driven product development or platforms
